Holds a valid UK provisional driving license, full UK driving license, or overseas driving license.
Legally entitled to drive in the UK.

Notification of Changes: Inform your instructor of any factors affecting your ability or entitlement for driving tuition, including any lack of or loss of a valid UK provisional driving license.
Failure to Provide Information: Failure to provide the requested information within a reasonable time may lead to Agreement termination or an additional charge for extra work.
Delays Outside Our Control: We will promptly communicate and take steps to minimize the impact of delays caused by events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays if reasonable steps are taken to address the situation.
Suspension of Website Services: We reserve the right to suspend services for technical reasons, updates, or changes. We will notify you in advance unless it’s urgent or an emergency.
Your Rights during Suspension: You may terminate the Agreement and receive a refund for any prepaid tuition not received if we suspend services for more than 30 days.
