Eligibility for Booking Lessons: Lessons through our Website can be booked by individuals meeting the following criteria:
Aged 17 or over, or 16 or over and receiving the higher rate of Disability Living Allowance (mobility component).
Holds a valid UK provisional driving license, full UK driving license, or overseas driving license.
Legally entitled to drive in the UK.
Licence Verification: During your initial lesson, present a valid driving license to your instructor. We may request license details for verification.
Notification of Changes: Inform your instructor of any factors affecting your ability or entitlement for driving tuition, including any lack of or loss of a valid UK provisional driving license.
Failure to Provide Information: Failure to provide the requested information within a reasonable time may lead to Agreement termination or an additional charge for extra work.
Delays Outside Our Control: We will promptly communicate and take steps to minimize the impact of delays caused by events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays if reasonable steps are taken to address the situation.
Suspension of Website Services: We reserve the right to suspend services for technical reasons, updates, or changes. We will notify you in advance unless it’s urgent or an emergency.
Your Rights during Suspension: You may terminate the Agreement and receive a refund for any prepaid tuition not received if we suspend services for more than 30 days.
Suspension Due to Non-Payment: Failure to pay within the specified period may result in the suspension of Website Services, with associated driving tuition unavailable until outstanding amounts are settled.
Our Rights to Make Changes
Changes to These Terms: We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement by posting revised terms on the 92 Driving School Website. Your continued use of the Website following any changes will be considered acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend printing and retaining a copy of this Agreement for your records.
Changes to Bookings or Services: There may be instances where we need to amend or cancel a booking or make alterations to the Website Services.

Our Rights to End This Agreement

You fail to make payment within 7 days of the due date, even after a reminder.
You do not provide information necessary for the provision of the Website Services within a reasonable time.
You breach any terms of this Agreement.
Compensation for Breach: In the situations outlined, we will refund any prepaid money for untaken lessons, but we may deduct reasonable compensation for net costs incurred due to the breach of this Agreement.
Fraud Prevention
Valid Lessons: Lessons are deemed valid only if paid for as outlined If purchased through another source, please contact us immediately through our 07843496350.
Suspension or Cancellation of Incorrectly Purchased Lessons: Lessons not acquired or prepaid in accordance with this Agreement may be suspended or canceled without notice. Neither 92 Driving School nor the instructor will have any obligation or liability for payments related to those lessons.
Data Submitted by You
Ownership of Uploaded Content: You maintain ownership of copyright in the content you submit to the 92 Driving School Website. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-terminable license to use, copy, distribute, publish, and transmit such content.
